Further to this, Sebastian organised and managed quality trades people to ensure that essentials such as the kitchen and cabinetry, electrical and plumbing, air conditioning, and tiling were all coordinated with options discussed, agreed, costed, and then delivered and installed within the project timeframe.
Throughout the build process Sebastian was always prompt and reliable, would meet us on site, and would keep us informed of progress and any issues that needed to be dealt with.

Our negotiations to contract with Sebastian were straightforward and open. Our relationship during the build was always amicable and questions between us and Sebastian were communicated and resolved promptly. Sebastian was very well organised keeping track of changes that occurred and providing costs and variation paperwork promptly. Also, his assistance with some of the detailed decisions was really helpful and nothing was too much trouble for him. Indeed, when issues arose, his interest to explain the detail so we clearly understood it was great, and this helped us get to solutions quickly. Since our home has been completed Sebastian has responded to any questions and rectified the few small issues we identified very quickly.
Our home is a masterpiece of quality building thanks to Sebastian and his subbies who delivered the project in a courteous and professional way. Even our neighbours commented on how nice he was to deal with. Although the project was difficult and hard work for all involved, the result is truly beautiful thanks to our architect and our builder.
